Mellow is a results focused Chinese Medicine practice and healing space in Northcote.
First and foremost, it’s a place to soften. Rooted in traditional wisdom and grounded in clinical expertise, Mellow invites you to slow down, tune in and experience meaningful shifts in your health and wellbeing.

Acupuncture is an ancient healing modality and complete system of medicine, which aims to restore the body’s physiological function with the stimulation of acupuncture points.
Acupuncture treatments include ancillary techniques e.g. massage, acupressure, moxibustion, cupping, guasha and herbal medicine prescription.

Consultation and prescription only, for those who prefer not to receive hands-on treatment such as acupuncture.
Chinese herbal medicine is prescribed in accordance with your Chinese medicine pattern. While focused on your chief complaint, your herbal formula also considers your constitution and overall signs and symptoms informed by questioning and examination including pulse, tongue and abdominal diagnosis.
Initial 55min, return 30min.

Remedial massage is a targeted, therapeutic form of bodywork intended to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension and restore normal movement.

Chi Nei Tsang is perhaps the lesser known sibling of acupuncture. The roots are the same, but the focus is concentrated on the abdomen using massage. Jake brings a gentle touch to a historically strong practise.
